New team members spend more than 120 hours in orientation. Highlighted in our training, Specialists learn our organization’s policies, procedures and Code of Ethics, client policies, collection techniques, customer service, relevant laws and regulations, and computer training.

Our Specialists are well-trained and equipped to ensure a high level of performance and patient satisfaction.

To sustain our high level of quality, team leaders and managers routinely meet with our auditors and trainers to identify any areas of opportunity to increase performance.
