Time Off

Paid Time Off
  • Begin to accrue paid time off from the first day of employment
  • The accrual rate increases on your anniversary date:
    • 1st year – 8 Days, 2nd year – 13 Days, etc. up to the 10th year of employment at which time you accrue a total of 23 days paid time off
Holiday Pay
  • EOS recognizes the six standard holidays plus Christmas Eve Day, for a total of seven paid holidays per year


  • You are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan after you have obtained the age of 21 and completed 180 days of eligibility service
  • Contributions will be matched by the company at 50% up to 8%
